EASA Part-66 describes the criteria that must be met for obtaining an AML.
EASA Part-147 covers the requirements for approved maintenance training organisations that provide training and examinations and issue certificates of recognition.
Part-66 and Part-147 are very much related with many cross references. For that reason both Parts are included in one package.
