EASA Part-M covers continuing airworthiness management and EASA Part-T covers continuing airworthiness management for dry leased aircraft registered in a third country. ePARTS package MT includes the following:
- The most relevant articles of the Basic Regulation (EU) 2018/1139;
- Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014;
- Annex I to Commission Regulation (EU) 1321/2014 (EASA Part-M);
- Annex Va to Commission Regulation (EU) 1321/2014 (EASA Part-T);
- The Acceptable Means of Compliance and Guidance Material;
- Proposed changes to the rule (EASA Opinions);
- ePARTS package MT includes both sections A and B of EASA Part-M and Part-T.
